A Relaxing Getaway in Tuscany

Listen to the call of nature in Tuscany, discount cialis buy viagra this is the most liked destination by travelers who are looking for relaxation, viagra quietness and bright colors.

However is essential to plan an itinerary in advance, treatment to avoid the crowd and select beautiful venues surrounded by Tuscan countryside where to find top facilities and nothing is missing. Saturnia Tuscany Hotel is a landmark in Maremma region, because is easily reachable by car, train or plane and allows visiting art cities as Siena, Etruscan necropolis and of course the renowned Saturnia Thermal baths.

I suggest a package of activities to do during a stay here, following the tips of locals who I’ve met during my last vacation here.

Which is the top Tuscan Spa?

Since ancient times the town of Saturnia is famous for its spring of sulfurous waters that gush into a large natural pool carved in the rock, today is possible to visit the thermal baths and book specific treatments to regain health, natural balance and forget the stress of modern life. About the treatments I’ve tried at Saturnia Tuscany Hotel I recommend the Hot Stone Massage, because helps to increase metabolism and relieve tension by the stones, a great way to reach harmony and discover a new concept of relax.

The surroundings of Saturnia are a must see for Tuscany lovers: I joined the “Love Path” from Manciano, a wonderful natural terrace on a hilltop.

Manciano and others panoramic views

The Love Path is a walking or cycling trail which groups all the most romantic views of this territory, Monte Argentario (a promontory stretching towards Tyrrhenian Sea), Isola del Giglio (Giglio Island, one of the seven that form the Tuscan Archipelago), Corsica, Elba Island (the third largest island in Italy) and Monte Amiata, a stunning lava dome in southwestern Tuscany.

Manciano is also renowned for its hamlet Montemerano, where to admire Torre di San Lorenzo, contained within its medieval walls.

Discover the most ancient Etruscan necropolis

If you like “take a walk on the wild side”, the Etruscan necropolis of Saturnia won’t disappoint you. This archeological find is worth a visit but you probably need half a day to walk around the Etruscan tombs and the mounds built in tuff. You can visit the necropolis also without a guided tour; I think that this is an ideal place for a stroll taking pictures of the landscape.

Forget the standard “wellness center” situated in a big town and enjoy a natural Spa with a centuries-old tradition in Saturnia.
